Pay an invoice

Settle a Global X Technology invoice securely by bank transfer or credit card. Payments are processed by Square — we never see or store your card or bank details.

Open your invoice

Every GXT invoice is emailed to you with a secure payment link and a PDF copy. Open that email and click Pay Invoice to see your balance and pay online.

Can't find the email? Check spam and search for Global X Technology or Square. We can resend the link to any address you choose — just ask.

Choose how to pay

Both options are available on every invoice. Pick whichever suits your accounting.

Preferred

Bank transfer (ACH)

Pay directly from a checking account. Lower processing cost, so it's our preferred method on larger invoices. Typically clears in 1–3 business days.

Credit or debit card

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Clears immediately — useful when a job is scheduled tight against a deadline.

Deposits. Project work is commonly invoiced in two parts — a deposit to confirm the booking and schedule the crew, and the balance on completion. Each part arrives as its own invoice with its own payment link.

Questions about a charge

Talk to the person who did the work — not a billing department. Lloyd answers his own email and phone.

  • Need a W-9, COI, or updated remit-to details? Ask and we'll send them same business day.
  • Need the invoice reissued to a different entity, PO number, or AP address? No problem — we'll void and reissue.
  • Purchase orders and net terms are available for established accounts.
Payments are processed by Square. Card and bank details are entered on Square's PCI-compliant hosted page and are never transmitted to, or stored by, Global X Technology.
